- Ars Medica
ARS MEDICA is a biannual literary journal, started in 2004, that explores the interface between the arts and healing, and examines what makes medicine an art. It remains the only medical literary journal in Canada and allows a place for dialogue, meaning-making, and the representation of experiences of the body, health, wellness, and encounters with the medical system.

Bellevue Hospital, the oldest public hospital in the United States, has been witness to nearly 270 years of human drama. In this tradition, the Bellevue Literary Review,a forum for illuminating humanity and human experience was created. The BLR is published by the Department of Medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center.
- Blood and Thunder: Musings on the Art of Medicine
An arts journal published by the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Started by a group of first year medical students in 2001, the goal and purpose of the journal is to enhance the education of healthcare professionals through the exploration of art and to serve the community as a means for artistic expression.
- Croatian Medical Journal
Croatian Medical Journal (CMJ) is an international peer reviewed journal open to scientists from all fields of medicine and related research. Their special interest lies in two fields. The first pertains to the medical topics relevant for global medicine. The second area is medicine in developing and emerging countries. CMJ also solicits works of art or poetry, which either deal with medicine or are produced by medical workers.
